VINEGAR SALT, CORN FLOUR, ONION, OIL TO FRY...
METHOD :
ON THE CORN KERNELS SPRINKLE,
CORN FLOUR.
PUT OIL TO HEAT.
FRY THE CORN UNTIL CRISP.
PUT A PAN TO HEAT, ADD OIL, PUT CUT GREEN AND RED CHILLIES. ALSO ADD SMALL CUT ONION, HALF QUANTITY OF SPRING ONION, SALT, PEPPER POWDER, VINEGAR AND ALL THE FRIED CORN, GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION AND SERVE..
