PANEER SHASHLIK IN GRAVY

PANEER SHASHLIK IN GRAVY
INGS: GRIND TO A PASTE:
2 Tomatoes (blanched),
1 Onion chopped,
1 Green Chilly chopped,
A piece of Ginger,
2-3 Cloves Garlic chopped,
2-3 Almonds and Cashewnuts,
2 Tbsp Curd,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric Powder,
3\4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,
1\2 Tsp Garam masala Powder.

PANEER SHASHLIK:
6-8 Toothpicks,
6-8 Pieces of Paneer ( cottage cheese),
6-8 Pieces Capsicum ( cut into small pieces),
6-8 Pieces Onion ( cut into small pieces),
6-8 pieces of Tomato ( cut into small pieces).

MARINATE: 4 Tbsp Curd, 2Tsp Garlic paste,
Little Salt and Red Chilly powder to taste.
2 Tbsp Oil, 2 Tbsp Cream and 1Tbsp Sugar.

METHOD: On the toothpicks arrange small pieces
of capsicum, tomato, onion and paneer. Mix the
marinate and drizzle on the skewered toothpicks.
Put a pan to heat add little oil and put all marinated
Toothpicks, when done keep aside.
FOR THE GRAVY :-
Grind all ingredients to a very fine paste.
Put a pan to heat add the oil, the ground paste and cook until leaves the sides of the pan. Now add salt, cream, sugar, if a few water is needed add, cover and cook. Drizzle the gravy on the paneer shashlik sticks to serve.
