QUICK CHAAT

QUICK CHAAT
INGS : 3\4 Cup Bengal gram flour,
1-2 Tbsp Onion and Potato,
2 Tbsp Carrot and Corn (grated),
1 Tbsp Paneer (grated),
1\8 Tsp Turmeric pd and Coriander pd,
1\2 Tsp Red Chilly pd, A Pinch Soda bi carb,
Salt to taste and 1 Tbsp Hot Oil.
METHOD: Make a batter of the above listed. Put oil to fry to heat and drop 15- 20 small pakoras, when golden brown take them out. Put in water to soak in which add some salt and red chilly powder has been added. Press and squeeze the water out after at least half an hour.


FOR THE CHAAT: NEED : 1\2 Cup Sev and Sprouts,
(Boil the sprouts with salt and some turmeric pd).
1\2 Cup Sweet Chutney,
1\2 Cup Green Chutney,
3-4 Tbsp Onion Chopped,
1 Cup Thick Curd,
(Churned and add salt, cumin pd, sugar and some red chilly pd).
Make the chaat by arranging 5-6 pakoras on this pour the curd put the sprouts, onion then the green chutney, sweet chutney,sprinkle the sev and garnish with pomegranate an coriander leaves.
