QUICK SCHZEWAN RICE

QUICK SCHZEWAN RICE
INGS: 2 Cups Rice ( cooked) ,
3\4 Cup Vegetables like Cauliflower,
Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Capsicum, Corn,
1 Tbsp Schzewan Sauce,
1 Tbsp Chilly Sauce,
1 Tbsp Oil,
1\4 Tsp Pepper powder,
Salt to taste.
GRIND TO PASTE:
2 Whole Red Chilly,
A piece of Ginger,
3-4 Cloves of Garlic.


METHOD: Put a pan to heat add oil, ground paste
and the vegetables. ( cut the vegetables into long pieces). Stir for few minutes. In the cooked rice add salt, pepper pd, chilly sauce, schzewan sauce, mix well, add to the pan . Serve hot.
