TANDOORI TYPE SANDWICH

TANDOORI TYPE SANDWICH
INGS : 2 Slice Bread,
1 Slice Boiled Potato,
1 Slice Onion,
1 Slice tomato,
2 Pieces Paneer,
2 Pieces Capsicum.
Some Chaat masala.

MARINATE: 1 Tbsp Curd,
1\2 Tsp Ginger| Garlic Paste,
Salt and Red Chilly Powder to Taste.

METHOD: Cut the sides of the bread slices and apply butter. Cut roundals of vegetables like tomato, onion and the boiled potato. Also take pieces of paneer and capsicum, add to the marinate. Let it marinate for half an hour then on a non-stick tava, cook the marinated pieces until golden brown. Apply green chutney on the buttered sides of the bread and place the cooked pieces of vegetables and paneer(break into smaller pieces, if needed). Sprinkle some chaat masala, cut and serve.
