GOODNESS OF CARROTS..

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of carrots every morning.
A single carrot will supply all your vitamin A needs for
the whole day.
It’s also a great fun to nibble a carrot.
It is one of the richest food in beta-carotene.
Carrots  may reduce risk of heart disease and 
certain types of cancer.
Eating carrots will give healthy skin, hair, bones, 
eyesight and will also cleanse the body.
Carrot is energizing and acts as an antiseptic also. 
Carrot is rich in fiber.
Buy the deeper orange color because then 
more 'Carotenoids'  (source of vitamin A) it will give.   
Have fresh carrot juice, as it  will relieve you from stress,
fatigue and will cleanse and energize the body.
Carrot soup is a home remedy for diarrhea because 
it calms the bowel and slows down bacterial development.
Raw or grated carrots can be used on  wounds, cuts and inflammation.
Raw carrots are eaten in salads and can be mixed with
other vegetables also.
