Phytonutrient:  Is any substance that is of the  plant 
origin and provides nutrition, also known  as  phytochemical.
In other words they are the nutrients derived from plant material necessary for sustaining human life. These are 
that help to fight the body pollution.
They increase the body's immunity, help  fight diseases,
lowers cholesterol, control blood pressure, detox and
overcome allergies.
