Fusion Pav Bhaji Spaghetti


Fusion Pav Bhaji Spaghetti
A fusion Indian touch, easy to make.
INGS
2 cups Boiled Spaghetti,
1 Tomato cut,
1 Onion cut,
1 Tbsp Ginger| Garlic paste,
2 Tbsp Tomato sauce,
3\4 Tsp Pav bhaji masala,
1 Tsp sugar,
1 tbsp Oil,
Salt to taste.
METHOD
Boil spaghetti in lots of water to which some
salt has been added. Cut the onion n tomato.
Put a pan to heat, add oil also add ginger garlic
paste. Now add the cut onion n tomato.

Stir for few minutes. Also add the boiled spaghetti, pav bhaji masala, sugar and salt to taste. Check the taste n seasoning.
Serve with bread slices with butter, grilled on

a non stick tava and also add roasted papad.
