NEED OF POTASSIUM IN ONE'S DIET ...

Potassium is needed in  your diet because it's a component for balancing the pH of your body and for keeping fluids in balance.
Potassium is a very important mineral to the human body. It has various roles in metabolism and body functions.
Eating foods high in potassium will change your physical and mental energy in just hours. Potassium is easily found in all plant foods.
