A QUICK BHINDI SUBZI
INGS:
250 GMS BHINDI (CLEANED AND CUT INTO ONE INCH PIECES),
SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND RED CHILLY PD ON THE CUT BHINDI. PUT A PAN TO HEAT, ADD OIL, CUMIN SEEDS, HING, THE BHINDIS. STIR , SPRINKLE SOME WATER AND ON SLOW FLAME ALLOW TO COOK UNTIL SOFT. KEEP ASIDE. NOW IN THIS PAN PUT ONE TSP OIL ADD CUMIN SEEDS, 1\2 TSP URAD DAL, ONE WHOLE RED CHILLY, CUT ONION AND SAUTE.
MAKE A PASTE OF 2-3 TBSP GRATED COCONUT, 4-5 PIECES CASHEW NUTS, ONE CUT GREEN CHILLY, 2-3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, USE SOME WATER.
GRIND TO A FINE PASTE. ADD THE PASTE TO THE PAN AND ALSO ADD TWO CHOPPED TOMATOES. COVER AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES. NOW ADD SALT, 2-3 TBSP CURD, SOME RED CHILLY PD AND LITTLE TURMERIC PD, MIX WELL LASTLY ADD THE COOKED BHINDI AND SERVE HOT.
Tip 4 cooking Bhindi . ..

amchoor pwd to avoid forming sticky threads...
