READ FEW HEALTHY TIPS
Try as much as possible not to eat stale food even if it has been
preserved properly in the refrigerator, as it may contain germs. Try having smaller meals at regular intervals rather than larger meals. Start by eating salads before your main course and avoid overeating as much as possible.
