HAPPY SNACKING TIPS .... TIPS ....

sometimes need a little something in between.

loric intake by curbing overeating at your next meal.
Many experts are recommending several smaller meals throughout the day instead of the usual three.
Fruits and vegetables are always a safe bet because they are low in fat and calories.
Always try 2 carry healthy snacks that are portable and easy for on-the-go eating? Like Cucumber slices, Apples, bananas, strawberries or any fruit of your choice, Fruit smoothie in a thermos or how about nuts.
One view is Not only am I eating more often and more food. I consume less calories over all. It is all about making better nutritional choices. An ounce of nuts and not a handful ! A small bunch of grapes and not a bag of chips.

Hummus and crudites n Hummus is best had with raw veggie sticks.
