White Gourd n Green grapes in gravy
Ingredients...
1\2 cup White Gourd cut into cubes,
7-8 Green Grapes.
Tempering
1 Tbsp Oil,
2 Pinch Cumin seeds,
A Pinch of Asafoetida,
1 Pinch Mustard seeds.
Mix together..
1\2 cup Water,
1\8 tsp Turmeric powder,
1\4 tsp Red Chilly powder,
3\4 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Jaggery grated,
1-2 Pinch Dry Mango powder,
1-2 Pinch Garam masala,
Salt to taste.
Method
Put a pan to heat add oil and all ingredients mentioned in tempering.
Quickly add the mixture of water with rest of the ingredients.
Now add cut pieces of white gourd n the grapes.
Check salt 's seasoning, add salt if needed,

Stir. Cover and cook on slow flame until white gourd looks soft.
Serve hot.
