Salted Amlas.. RECIPE


Amla the fresh Indian Gooseberries ...
Salted Amlas..
8 - 10 Amlas,
water and salt. Wash the amlas properly then make slits 

on the lines that appear on the amla and put them in water 
in which enough salt has been added.
Keep covered and these will be ready in a day or two..
