QUICK PASTAS



       
QUICK PASTAS
INGS: 2 Cups Boiled Pasta(Penne),
           2 Tomatoes blanched and pureed,
          1 Onion chopped,
          1 Tbsp Ginger| Garlic paste,      
           2 Tbsp Capsicum,
           2 Tbsp Corn boiled,
           1 Tbsp White Sauce,
           2 Tbsp cheese grated,
           2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce,
           1 Tbsp Chilly Sauce,
           1 Tbsp Oil,
            1\4 Tsp Chilly Flakes,
            1\4 Tsp Oregano,
            1\2 Tsp Sugar,
            Salt and pepper powder to taste.

METHOD: Boil the pasta in lots of water with oil and some
salt added to it. Put a pan to heat add the oil, onion, ginger garlic
paste and the cut capsicum. Grind in a mixer the blanched tomatoes.
Now add the tomato puree, corn, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, white
sauce, chilly flakes, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper pd, also add the pastas
Mix well, check the salt and add the cheese . Serve hot with a little cream 
and some grated cheese.
