few tips..

Melons are a good source of vitamin C and potassium.They have high water content are relatively low in calories, and also fat and cholesterol free.
Drink one glass of water ten minutes before meal...a healthy tip.
TIP :  Remove the stems from green chilies before storing them.
This will keep them fresher for a long time.
