SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE..

  SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE..
   1/2  CUP SUGAR, 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR, 1/3 CUP VINEGAR,
   1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE, 2 TBSP  PINEAPPLE PIECES,
   2 TBSP CUT CELERY AND FEW  CHERRIES, CUT,
   SALT TO TASTE.
  Procedure : Mix the  sugar and corn flour, 
  add the vinegar, soya sauce, pineapple pieces.
  Heat to boiling while stirring constantly, 
  Reduce heat. Now add, the cherries, and celery .
  Cook until celery begins to soften.
  Check salt, cool and serve.
