food mood connection....

DO you know fresh fruit juices n vegetable salads are gr8 way to healthy eating.

When this happens (fall in blood sugar ) the adrenal glands come into high gear to bring 
back to normal.
So they send "Distress Signals " to the body which causes physical n mental exhaustion.
This is when one starts to become irritable n 
bad tempered n nothing but food that to the richer food will mellow your mood , the vicious cycle will go on n on.
The advice is to eat in "Moderation " , small helpings of such food stuf like sweets
and desserts.
