The hydrating fruits

Fruits and Vegetables are composed of 90 percent water, so all fruits and vegetables are hydrating.

The Watermelon is a great source of hydration.
This red-fleshed fruit is composed of about 92 percent water, and also contains the nutrients beta carotene, lycopene and vitamin C. Cucumbers are also a source of hydration, also has vitamin C and the skin-soothing caffeic acid.
Peaches and Strawberries also contain lots of water and potassium. Apple is another hydrating fruit.
