INSTANT NOODLES PANCAKES

INSTANT NOODLES PANCAKES
INGS: 8-10 Tbsp Instant Noodles (2 minutes
Instant noodles, boiled),
2 Tbsp Carrot (grated),
2 Tbsp Cucumber (grated),
1 Tbsp Cabbage ( very finely cut),
1 Tbsp Capsicum ( finely cut ),
2 Tbsp Onion ( finely cut ),
1\4 Tsp Green Chilly ( cut ),
4-5 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour,
1\4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil to make pancakes.


METHOD: Boil the instant noodles for few minutes.
Take a bowl , mix all together except the oil to make
the pancakes. Sprinkle some water if needed.
Put a nonstick tava to heat. Spread some batter and make the pancakes.
Make small size pancakes, using oil, cook
until golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
