GET MORE FIBER IN YOUR DIET

DO NOT STRAIN THE JUICE, 
DO NOT SIFT THE FLOUR. 
EAT WHEAT ROTIS, BREAD, PIZZAS 
AND BISCUITS..
TRY TO EAT 4-5 SERVINGS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
DO NOT PEEL THE FRUITS N VEGETABLES.
TRY 2 EAT SPROUTS, PULSES N LEGUMES.
