Paneer| Frankie Roll

 
Paneer| Frankie Roll
1 cup Paneer cut in thin slices,
1\2 Tomato, cut into thin slices,
1\2 Capsicum, cut into thin slices,
1 Onion, cut into thin slices,
1 tsp Ginger- Garlic paste,
1 tsp Chaat masala,
1\4 tsp Red chilly powder,
1 Tbsp Oil,
1\4 tsp Garam masala,
1 Tbsp Curd, beaten well,
Salt to taste.

For the Frankie| Chapati roll, dough
1\2 cup Wheat flour,
1\2 cup Fine flour,
2 slices of White Bread with sides cut,
1 tsp oil,
1\4 cup Milk to soak bread slices,
Salt to taste.
1\4 cup Green Chutney.
5-6 tsp Butter.
Method
Soak the bread slices in milk n crumble them. Now mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 5 -6 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin chapati. Cook each chapati lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
Put a pan to heat, add the oil and add the ginger- garlic paste, capsicum, onion, saute for 2 minutes. Also add the paneer, tomatoes and curd, rest of dry masala powders. Saute for a minute, add salt.
Divide the paneer filling into 5-6 equal portions.
When you want to serve, cook the frankie| chapati rolls on a hot
tava | griddle, apply butter on both the sides.
Spread the green chutney and one portion of the filling in the center of each chapati and roll up tightly. Cut into two portions.
