NESTLE MILKMAID CREATION EGG LESS CAKE
STRAWBERRY FLAVORED CAKE
INGREDIENTS
One packet Nestle milkmaid egg less cake mix,
As per packet instructions add 50 gms butter, and need 1 cup soda water but added 1 packet ENO fruit salt in 1\2 cup water.
In a bowl take butter n add the cake mix, Eno and also add
1tbsp curd n
1tbsp odour less oil .
Give strawberry flavor by adding
strawberry puree 4- 5 tsp,
1 tsp each of strawberry jam n crush.
Mix all well.
Pour in a greased tin.
Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
But check in bet'n if done.
What does ready cake mix contain?
They will usually all contain flour, raising agents, preservatives, flavorings, emulsifiers and sugar, fat, in granular form, if you have to add butter/oil/lard to the mixture, the packet probably does not contain fat. Also have just add water/milk as the main ingredient.
