Literally meaning "to touch your heart," dim sum consists of a variety of dumplings, steamed ones. Many of the dishes are either steamed or deep-fried. Deep-fried include mini spring rolls and Wu Gok. Dim sum is served throughout China.
Dim sum is a style of Chinese food prepared as small bite-sized or individual portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates.
