Sapodilla or Sapota or chickoo,

 
Sapodilla or Sapota or chickoo, a delicious tropical fruit rich in vitamins, minerals and health benefiting anti-oxidant tannins. The fruit is soft with a easily digestible pulp. When eaten gives energy and revitalizes the body instantly. The fruit is a berry, round or oval in shape. Sapota fruit is brown in color.
The chickoo fruit is also known as sapodilla or Manilkara Zapota.
It is believed that chickoo is a native of Mexico.
Sapodilla is rich in dietary fiber, the fruit has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-bacterial, and anti-parasitic effects. Also good source of minerals like potassium, copper, iron and vitamins.
Sapodilla is also good for the eyes because of high Vitamin A content.
Chickoo, the cute fruit is sweet because of the fructose n sucrose that it has making it a energy booster.
It has lots of fiber which help avoid constipation. It gives the body immunity n good for skin n hair.

Make a healthy Chickoo milk shake which all will love it.
INGS
1 Chickoo, cut into pieces,
1 cup Chilled Milk,
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice cream,
4-5 Ice cubes,
1 tsp Sugar.
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar, churn for some time.
Serve chilled.
