Take 1\4 cup fresh cream, 1 tsp mustard powder,1\4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1\4 tsp pepper powder,

2 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR OR LIME JUICE,
1\4 TSP SALT,
1\2 TSP MUSTARD POWDER,
1\4 TSP PEPPER POWDER.

BLEND ALL WELL TOGETHER,
BEAT WELL, THEN STORE IN FRIDGE.
