Rice pancakes..
Use leftover, cooked rice.
Ings :
1 cup cooked Rice,
4-5 tbsp Bengal gram flour ( Besan ),
2 tbsp Coriander leaves,
1 Carrot grated,
1 Onion cut finely,
1\4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1\2 tsp Red chilly powder,
1 Green chilly cut,
Salt to taste.
Method :
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl and
use water to make a thick batter.
Put a non stick tava to heat, grease it and
whip it, now on the tava spread a spoon full
of the batter to make a small size ' pancake '.
Use oil to cook the pancake, flip the side, again
use some more oil, allow to cook until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
