What are ‘ Bruschetta ' ?
Bruschetta is an appetizer from central Italy ,
it consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic
and topped with extra-virgin olive oil , salt
and pepper.
Variations may include toppings of spicy,
red peppers , tomatoes and other vegetables,
beans, cured meat, or cheese; the most popular
recipe outside of Italy involves, basil fresh,
tomato, garlic and onion or mozzarella.
Bruschetta is usually served as a ' snack
or appetizer'.
Appetizers, are food items served before
the main courses.
Finger food is food eaten directly using
the hands, in contrast to food eaten with
a knife and fork ,chopsticks, or other utensils.
In some cultures, food is almost always eaten
with the hands.
An Entrée is one of several savory courses
in a Western-style and South American-style
formal meal; specifically, a smaller course
that precedes the main course.
The Entrée is called the first course,
appetizer or starter.
A Main dish is the featured or primary
dish in a meal consisting of several
courses. It usually follows the entrée
("entry") course, and the salad course.
The main dish is usually the heaviest,
heartiest, and most complex or
substantive dish on a menu.
A full course dinner is a dinner consisting
of multiple dishes, or courses.
In its simplest form, it can consist of three
or four courses, such as soup, salad, meat
and dessert.
Cocktail is an alcoholic mixed drink that
contains two or more ingredients , at least
one of the ingredients must be a spirit.

alcohol.
