LACCHA PARATHA

INGS: 1 Cup Whole Wheat flour,
Salt and Oil add to get breadcrumbs.

METHOD: In the wheat flour add salt and oil
to get breadcrumbs type texture of the flour,
now add water to make a dough. Let it rest
for half an hour. Take a lemon size ball from
the dough and roll it then make a 90degree cut
towards the center and lift the outer cut edge and
roll to form a cone shape. Press the cone shape
and roll once again to a proper paratha size.
Put on a hot tava and cook using ghee until crisp
and golden brown.
