Homemade Mexican Tomato Sauce n Pesto . .

 
Homemade hot sauce is a common on one's dinner table and restaurants. It's easy to make your own, and you'll love the fresh taste of your own homemade hot sauce.
Make A Tasty Mexican Tomato Sauce At Home. 
Ings
1 cup Blanched Tomatoes, cut,
1\4 cup Onion, cut
2 cloves of garlic, chopped,
1 tsp fresh chilly, cut
2 tbsp Oil,
1- 2 Pinch of Sugar,
1\4 tsp Oregano,
Salt to taste,
1\2 tsp Chilly powder.
Method Put a pan to heat, add oil, onion, green chilly,
garlic, stir for few seconds.
Put the tomatoes mixture in a blender and make puree.
Put to heat in a pan and add salt, red chilly powder, oregano, sugar. Stir and cook until thickens.

Make a tasty pesto Dressing or a sauce and add to the pastas.
Pesto is an uncooked seasoning mixture of herbs, fresh basil, and some oil. It can be frozen for a long time. Since pesto is so thick and paste type, it is so easy to combine it with pasta so that it coats the pastas well.
Tasty Pesto
Ings
1 tsp Garlic crushed,
2 tbsp Pistachios,
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated,
2 tbsp Olive Oil,
10 Fresh Basil leaves,
Salt to taste.
Method
Put all in a mixer grinder to get a smooth paste.
Tip Try adding little sugar to the pesto 2 enhance it's taste.
The Southern Italian pesto has a unique regional flavor of capers, raisins, anchovies. There is a balance between the salty, tangy and sweet, which is a tantalizing combination.
