The so-called ‘happy foods’

The so-called ‘happy foods’ are foods that contain natural feel, good properties which can ward off low mood swings.
Many different types of foods have been shown to improve our happiness levels.
The mood-affecting foods exist.
So-called "happy foods" affect us physiologically because they contain higher levels of vitamins and minerals that impact the production and release of serotonin, the
neurotransmitter.
Chocolate contains high quantities of phenols, antioxidants which boost mood, but it also has large amounts of fat and sugar and lots of calories. Chocolate is said to have chemicals that stimulate channels in the brain to release endorphins.
Bananas contain plenty of starchy carbohydrate, which sustains your good mood and makes u feel energetic.
Strawberries are healthy and help to change our mood for the better!
Few others are Ice-creams, Pastas, Oranges, French bread|wholemeal baguettes, Grapes, Nuts n Sesame seeds.
