GINGER BISCUITS....
INGS : 1 CUP FINE FLOUR ( MAIDA ),
1\3 CUP SEMOLINA,
1\2 CUP GHEE,
1\2 CUP SUGAR (POWDERED ),
1\4 TSP SODA BI CARB,
1 TSP DRY GINGER POWDER,
FEW DROPS OF FRESH GINGER JUICE,
2 TSP CURD TO KNEAD THE DOUGH,
SUGAR TO SPRINKLE.
METHOD : MIX ALL, RUB THE GHEE INTO THE FLOUR.
MAKE A DOUGH USING CURD, ADD WATER IF NEEDED. ROLL A THICK BASE, SPRINKLE SUGAR AND ROLL LIGHTLY. CUT SHAPES USING A COOKIE CUTTER. ARRANGE ON A GREASED BAKING TRAY. PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREE CENTIGRADE FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES. CHECK TO SEE IF DONE.
