DID U KNOW . . .
Daikon: A variety of white radish with firm, crisp flesh and
a mild flavor, similar to a white turnip.
Guacamole : It is a Mexican dish made from ripe, mashed avocado, traditionally 

served as a dip with nachos, as a side  dish or sauce for tacos.
Balsamic vinegar: It is rich, sweet and fragrant vinegar made from white Trebbiano di Spagna grapes in Modena, Italy.
Vinaigrette: A mixture of vinegar and oil, usually one part vinegar to three parts oil, 

which is whisked or mixed to form an unstable emulsion.
