1 Cup Besan / Bengal gram flour,
2 Tbsp Paneer grated,
2 Tbsp Tomato cut finely,
Salt, Turmeric powder and Red Chilly powder

Grind coarsely
3 Tbsp Leftover Cooked Rice,
3 Tbsp Sweet Corn,
1/2 Onion.

METHOD
Mix all well, use water to make a thick batter.
Put a non stick tava to heat.
Put a spoonful of batter and spread to make
small size pancake.
Sprinkle drops of oil and after few seconds, flip
the side.
Again spread some oil, allow to cook golden
color.
Serve with bread butter and tomato sauce, along
with green chutney.

Instant Spaghetti




Instant Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Boiled Spaghetti Pasta,
2 Tomatoes blanched and pureed,
1 Onion chopped,
1 Tbsp Ginger| Garlic paste,
2 Tbsp Capsicum,
1 Tbsp White Sauce,
2 Tbsp cheese grated,
2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce,
1 Tbsp Chilly Sauce,
1 Tbsp Oil,
1\4 Tsp Chilly Flakes,
1\4 Tsp Oregano,
1\2 Tsp Sugar,
Salt and pepper powder to taste.
METHOD:
Boil the pasta in lots of water with oil and some 

salt added to it.
Drain and wash in running water to stop the 

cooking process.
Put a pan to heat add the oil, onion, ginger 

garlic paste and the cut capsicum.
Blanch the tomatoes.
Grind in a mixer the blanched tomatoes.
Now add the tomato puree, chilly sauce, tomato

sauce, white sauce, chilly flakes, oregano, sugar, 
salt, pepper pd, also add the pastas.
Mix well, check the salt and add the cheese .
Serve hot with some chilly flakes .

Few spoons butter on one side,
1 Capsicum cut into small pieces,
1 Tomato cut into small pieces,
1 Onion cut into small pieces,
5 Tbsp Cheese cut into small pieces,
[ 2 processed, cooking cheese cubes ]
1 Tsp Tabasco sauce,
1 Tsp Chilly Flakes,
1 Tsp Oregano,
1 Tbsp Tomato sauce,
Salt and Pepper powder to taste.
Mix all ingredients except bread and butter.
Apply butter on one side.
Heat a sandwich toaster.
Put the stuffing and close with another bread slice.
Put in the sandwich toaster with buttered side as
the outer one.
Let it turn golden brown, cut and serve with some
tomato sauce.

Salt and Turmeric powder to taste.
Method
Cut the cabbage in slightly thick and long pieces.
Wash them.
Also cut the green Chillies in long pieces.
Put a pan to heat add oil and add the mustard
seeds.
Now add the cabbage, stir well. Also add salt and
turmeric powder.
Sprinkle some water, cover and cook for 5 minutes
on low heat.
Check, if soft, add the green chillies and cook for
few seconds.
Now add the besan and sugar.
Serve hot with the fafdas.

Ingredients
half liter Vanilla ice cream,
1 Five star bar,
1 Mars bar,
1 tsp Chocolate powder,
1 tsp Cocoa powder,
1 tsp Sugar,
Few spoons milk.
Mix the softened ice cream with melted Chocolate bars, like  one five star and one mars bar.

Melt both also add one tea spoon chocolate powder, cocoa powder, one tea spoon sugar, milk and added to the ready made vanilla ice cream and put to set in a air tight container ...
Add some nut if you wish.
TRY THESE OPTIONS ALSO..
1 In the vanilla ice cream add crushed chikki
( praline crushed) and also add some chocolate sauce, put to 

set in a air tight container in the freezer section of the fridge.
2 In the ready made vanilla ice cream add the tutti frooti and some cut pieces of sugar coated jelly.
Also add home made jelly(before it sets), mix and set in the freezer.
3 Don’t be afraid to add your favorite fruits or nuts in the basic vanilla ice cream like strawberries Puree, strawberry jam n strawberry crush done in a mixer grinder. Now mix this strawberry puree to vanilla ice cream, cover n put in freezer section to set.
4 In the vanilla ice cream add soaked fig paste and cut pieces also. Also use raisins with cashew nuts.
Go ahead add crushed pieces of cookies and crumbled brownie in the vanilla ice cream.
5 Sandwich ice cream is when ice cream is applied between two biscuits or cookies, topped with chocolate sauce and fruits..
