A Piping bag or a pastry bag

A Piping bag or a pastry bag is an often cone or triangular shaped, hand-held bag made from cloth, paper, or plastic that
is used to pipe semi-solid foods by pressing them through a narrow opening at one end, for many purposes including cake decoration.
A conical bag with an opening for a nozzle, made of cloth and lined with plastic used for cream decoration or making pastries.
There are many differently shaped nozzles commonly used to produce star, leaf, and flower-petal shapes.
Also besides icing, pastry bags are commonly used to shape meringue and whipped cream, and to fill doughnuts with jelly or custard. They are used to form cream puffs, eclairs, and ladyfingers.
These could be re-usable bags, disposable ones, or one you can make from parchment.
Piping bags can be one time use. Which are made by cutting the corner of a plastic bag to fit a tip or a nozzle, or if you do not have nozzle. Then cut a small hole in the corner and will be able design your cake.
