FAFDA WITH A CABBAGE MASALA
1\2 Cabbage cut in long pieces,
2-3 Tbsp Oil,
1\8 Tsp Mustard seeds,
4-5 Green Chillies cut in long pieces,
4 Tbsp Bengal gram flour | Besan,
1-2 Tbsp Sugar,
Salt and Turmeric powder to taste.
Cut the cabbage in slightly thick and long pieces.
Also cut the green Chillies in long pieces.
Put a pan to heat add oil and add the mustard
Now add the cabbage, stir well. Also add salt and
Sprinkle some water, cover and cook for 5 minutes
on low heat.
Check, if soft, add the green chillies and cook for
Now add the besan and sugar.
Serve hot with the fafdas.
