JACKET POTATO IS . . .
A baked potato served with the jacket on.
Baked potato is that has been cooked by baking it in an oven.
Potatoes in their jackets (means potato with its skin) are unique by themselves.
For making ' potatoes in their jackets ':
Take a good size potato. Wash, wipe and prick the potato.
Rub oil and salt all over the potato.
Wrap the potato in aluminum foil, bake until soft.
Cooking jacket potatoes also means you keep all the vitamin C which is stored just below their skins. This essential vitamin is
lost in peeling.
