What is Imarti \ Emarti and Jalebi ...

Imarti (Emarti or Jaangiri) ( Hindi: इमरती Imarti) is a dessert from Rajasthan made by deep-frying urad flour batter in a kind of pretzel or circular shape, then soaked in sugar syrup. Imarti was considered one of the items of Raj Bhog (Royal Food Menu). Popularity of this sweet dish increased in other parts of India as Mughals expanded there.
In North India it is often consumed with rabri (condensed milk).
In South India, this sweet is 

served after a meal and also popular at weddings and festivals in Pakistan. In particular, Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh is famous for its imarti.
Imarti is made from a variety of urad flour, or a batter of this dal.
So Urad dal is soaked in water for few hours, and stone-ground into a fine batter.
Jalebi is a sweet popular in India. It is made by deep-frying a wheat-flour or maida batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.

Akki Rotti in Kannada is a rice-based breakfast item unique to the state of Karnataka, India. Akki-Rotti means rice-pancake in the native language Kannada.

DATES ICE CREAM WITH ROASTED ALMONDS. . 
Ingredients
2 Cups Milk with it's cream,
5-6 Dates soaked,
1-2 Tbsp Sugar,
2-3 Kulfi molds,
12 Pieces roasted Almonds.
Method
Put milk to boil in a thick bottom pan.

After a boil appears, cook on slow heat allowing
it to reduce.
Stir in between.
Remove the seeds of dates and make a puree
in a mixer jar or mash with a spoon.
When thickens add sugar and puree of dates.
Stir well.
Remove from heat. Allow to cool before putting
in molds or a air tight container.
Set in the freezer section.
When to serve top it with shaves of roasted almonds.

Chilli Cheese Toast
ALL you would need is bread slices, onions, green chillies, capsicum cut,

processed cheese grated, mustard sauce, pepper powder, cream and salt to taste.
Mix all well.
Also will need butter to apply on bread slices..
Preheat the oven and arrange the bread slices with buttered side
on the bottom and on top spread the cheese mixture.
Do until golde
n color or cheese melts..
QUICK BABY CORN FRITTERS..
All you would need is baby corn cut [ half, length wise ], then blanched. 

Also sprinkle some salt, pepper powder and corn flour
on the blanched baby corn.
Make a batter of corn flour, maida [ fine flour], salt and pepper powder, 

also add baking powder, drops of soya sauce.
Put oil to heat, dip each piece of baby corn in batter and fry
until crisp.

tea.
Rusk is a raised bread, cracker, or cake that has been dried to a crisp and browned  either toasted in an oven or baked a second time after slicing. It can be plain or sweet. The best-known examples are the German Zweiback, the Italian biscotti, and the French biscotte. Technically, toast is a form of rusk, as long as it's been dried all the way through.
