Try to store spices in an air tight containers to retain
it's smell, color n flavor.

Eat foods rich in Vitamin C like Oranges, Cabbage, Grape fruit, 

Strawberries, lemons etc..
Eat Cucumber as it has 95 percent water content.
Try to include cucumber juice or in raw form in your diet.
