DATES ICE CREAM WITH ROASTED ALMONDS. .
Ingredients
2 Cups Milk with it's cream,
5-6 Dates soaked,
1-2 Tbsp Sugar,
2-3 Kulfi molds,
12 Pieces roasted Almonds.
Method
Put milk to boil in a thick bottom pan.
After a boil appears, cook on slow heat allowing
it to reduce.
Stir in between.
Remove the seeds of dates and make a puree
in a mixer jar or mash with a spoon.
When thickens add sugar and puree of dates.
Stir well.
Remove from heat. Allow to cool before putting
in molds or a air tight container.
Set in the freezer section.
When to serve top it with shaves of roasted almonds.

The Ice-cream just looks so yum...by watching it, it reminds me of Kwality walls Cornetto. An absolute best brand ever...
