healthy eating habit

Planning to make healthy eating a new habit, then making mistakes
while creating a habit is possible, so you must repeat an action twenty times.
Eating is one of the great pleasures in life, and eating healthy does not have to be mean not eating all your favorite foods.
So let your new healthy lifestyle be a positive new choice, and be inspired on your new adventure.
Try to eat foods in their natural state natural as much as possible.
Eat organic, and eat food raw, or lightly cooked.
Avoid ready made, long life, canned foods.
Remember to carry a of fruit, dry fruits and water when out.
Eat healthy food that is right for you.
Start your day eating fruit.
