CHOCO BALLS

CHOCO BALLS
INGS: 6 Tbsp Bread Crumbs,
1-2 Tbsp Cashew pd,
1-2 Tbsp Sugar (Castor),
1 Tbsp Jam ( any),
1 drop Chocolate essence,
1\4 Tsp Cocoa pd,
1 Tsp Chocolate pd,
1 Tbsp Chocolate Sauce,
2 Silver Balls and 2 Paper Cups.

METHOD: Mix in a bowl the bread crumbs,
Sugar, cashew nut pd, jam, chocolate essence,
Cocoa pd, chocolate pd. Make two balls and coat
these with chocolate sauce and put in the fridge for
at least half an hour. Place the choco balls in the paper
cups and on top a silver ball. Put in the fridge and serve cold.
