TYPICAL UPMA

TYPICAL UPMA
INGS: 2 Cups Semolina (Rava) ,
1 Onion chopped,
1Tbsp Oil ,
1\4 Tsp Mustard Seeds,
1 Tsp Urad Dal,
1 Green Chilly chopped,
Few Curry Leaves ,
1-2 Whole Red Chilly, 5 Cups Water,
Salt to taste.
METHOD: Put the water to boil. Take it off and keep aside.
Put a pan to heat add the oil in that add the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilly, whole red chillies and the onion, stir for few minutes. Now add the semolina (rava), dry roast it and add the salt , the boiled water. Stir until thickens.
Garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve with coconut chutney.
