***** Homemade Biscuits and Cookies..****

Making homemade biscuits the way our grandmothers used
to do and the grandma’s homemade cookies were delicious 
and healthy.  Baking your own biscuits or cookies is an enjoyable experience..
The homemade food is what connects us to our family and
family traditions. Just think about a happy meal that you 
had with your family, so no wonder homemade food becomes
so special.
Biscuits go so well with the daily afternoon tea and who does
not like to eat biscuits or cookies at any time of the day. 
All eat Chinese food and remember the 'fortune cookie' that 
comes with a saying or a quote, which is such  fun to read.
When baking biscuits or cookies, always remember few points.
Consider the cooking time, it means the exact time needed for the biscuits to be cooked properly. So that the biscuits will not be soft.
Take a good  baking tray.Also check the measurements, 
time needed and the temperature at which to bake.

KIDS LOVE IT...tasty biscuit..
INGS: 20 Tbsp Fine Flour,
2 Tbsp Castor Sugar,
2 Tbsp Butter,
1\4 Tsp Baking Powder,
A Drop Vanilla or Chocolate Essence,
1 Tbsp Curd,
1 Tbsp Chocolate Powder,
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips,
Little milk ( 1 Tbsp ).

METHOD: In the fine flour rub the butter, add
sugar, baking powder, chocolate powder, essence, chocolate chips, mix well and this should resemble like bread crumbs. 
Now make a dough using the curd and as much milk needed. Take the dough and roll it out, sprinkle some flour before starting to roll. Roll out a thick base and cut into stripes,
then further cut into pieces. Preheat the oven to 120 degree centigrade  and arrange all in a greased baking tray, put in
oven for 20 minutes, check if done.
Lovely cookie type biscuits are ready in minutes.
