few useful terms n tips . .

Cumin, also called Jeera are brown seeds that are added regularly to ' tempering' and used very commonly in Indian cooking.
Black cumin seeds, also known as ' Shahi Jeera ' are very small dark brown seeds and look like cumin seeds.
TIP : REMEMBER, WASH CORIANDER LEAVES ONLY WHEN TO USE.
 TIP : ALWAYS TRY TO BUT LARGE LEMONS AND LIMES AS THEY WILL BE MORE SWEETER AND IF THEIR SKIN IS THIN THEY TEND TO BE MORE JUICY.
