The Indian cuisine ....

Indian cuisine is renowned the world over
for its unusual spices and preference for an eclectic range of vegetables.
Indian cuisine consists of the foods and dishes of India and is characterized by the extensive use of various Indian spices herbs,  vegetables and fruit, and is also known for the widespread practice of vegetarianism in Indian society. Each family of Indian cuisine includes a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques. 
As a consequence, it varies from region to region. Hindu beliefs and culture have played an influential role in the evolution of Indian cuisine.
Indian cuisine has been influenced by a 5000 year history of various groups and cultures interacting and this  leading to the diversity 
of flavors and regional cuisines found in modern-day India.
Indian cuisine also varies seasonally,
depending on what fruits and vegetables
are available in that season. Diversity can
be found in India's food as well as its culture, geography and climate.  Spices are a vital part of food preparation and are used to enhance 
the flavor of a dish.
