Benefits of Berries

Cranberries are known for their antibacterial properties, particularly for urinary tract infections. They are effective against high cholesterol, allergies, ulcers, and cancer.
Blackberries are an excellent source of antioxidants.
Blueberries are the best known source of antioxidants.
Strawberries have higher levels of vitamin c, fiber and potassium than most other fruits like bananas, apples and even oranges.
