Brown rice is good for you, but it generally takes a little longer to cook.

Try making brown rice instead of white rice next time.
Also vegetable snacks on hand like Carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber

slices and bell pepper slices help as in bet'n meals.
Do u know steaming veggies instead of boiling them is better for u.
