CORN ON COB IN GRAVY

 CORN ON COB IN GRAVY..THE RECIPE 4 TODAY..
INGS: ONE CORN BOILED THEN MADE INTO 4 PIECES..
2-3 TOMATOES, BOILED,
1 ONION CUT,
1-2 CARDAMOM, CLOVES AND A PIECE OF CINNAMON,
1 TBSP OIL, 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR, 1 TSP SUGAR,
1 GREEN CHILLY, A PIECE OF GINGER, 2-3 CLOVES OF GARLIC,
1 TBSP CREAM, 1\2 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER,
SALT AND PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE..

METHOD: BOIL THE CORN AND MAKE INTO 4 PIECES.
BOIL TOMATOES AND GRIND TO GET A PUREE (SIEVE IT).
GRIND TOGETHER THE ONION, GREEN CHILLY, CARDAMOM, CINNAMON, GARLIC, GINGER AND RED CHILLY POWDER TO A FINE PASTE. PUT A PAN TO HEAT ADD OIL, THE GROUND PASTE AND STIR UNTIL LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN, NOW ADD THE TOMATO PUREE, COOK FOR FEW MINUTES. ALSO ADD CORN PIECES, SALT,
PEPPER POWDER, SUGAR AND CREAM, SERVE HOT WITH RICE.
