TIP : BUY BEANS WITH 'SMALL SEEDS' INSIDE THE POD AS THEY ARE GOOD.   AVOID DRY LOOKING BEANS WITH SPOTS OR THE ONES LOOK YELLOW AND
WITH FLABBY PODS.

TIP : CHOOSE CUCUMBER THAT ARE LONG, SLENDER AND FIRM. BUY GREEN COLOR CUCUMBER AND AVOID YELLOW ONES.

POACH: IS TO COOK IN HOT LIQUID BELOW BOILING POINT.

SCALD: IS TO HEAT BELOW BOILING POINT, UNTIL TINY BUBBLES APPEAR.

STEEP: MEANS LEAVE FOOD IN HOT LIQUID TO GET FLAVOR OUT OR TO ENHANCE THE FLAVOR.

'DUM COOKING MEANS TO COOK FOOD UNDER PRESSURE OF ITS OWN HEAT.'
